My numbers of previous records could be low in some cases, since the records from 1996-1998 is under processing by the rarities committee, and therefore not published yet.

1 E. Gårdby (Öland) 5.9 and 1 (the same?) W. Botorp (Öland) 6.9.

Lesser White-fronted Goose, Anser erythropus (fjällgås)
From 11 up to17 (Sept 4) in or near Hudiksvall (Hälsingland) since beginning of July. 7 had colour rings (so they originate from the Lapland goose project). Also 1 with colour ring at Egby udde (Öland) 11.9.

Ruddy Shelduck, Tadorna ferruginea (rostand)
1 f Lake Krankesjön (Scania) 23.8-12.9, 1 Salviken (Scania) 13.9.

Ferruginous Duck, Aythya nyroca (vitögd dykand)
1 male passed Segerstad (Öland) 4.9 at 6 p.m, Ottenby at 6.30 p.m. and Utklippan (Blekinge) 5.9 at 7.50 a.m.

Black Kite, Milvus migrans (brun glada)
1 Falköping (Västergötland) -1.9, 1 juv + 1 ad Hoburgen (Gotland) 2.9, 1 Ottenby (Öland) 3.9, 1 ad Ystad (Scania) 7.9, 1 Kastlösa (Öland) 12.9.

Lesser Spotted Eagle, Aqula pomarina (mindre skrikörn)
At least 1 subad and 1 ad in southern Scania; 1 subad Falsterbo 31.8, 1 ad Fyledalen 2.9, 1 subad Näsbyholm and Lake Börringesjön 6.9.
1 subad Karlevi (Öland) 3.9, 1 Sandemar (Småland) 8.9, 1 Bårby (Öland) 11.9, 1 ad/subad Sandhammaren (Scania) 12.9, 1 ad Hjälstaviken (Uppland) 12.9.

Spotted Eagle, A. clanga (större skrikörn)
1 ad Falsterbo (Scania) 1.9, 1 subad at Lake Bysjön between Sandviken and Avesta (Gästrikland) 5.9, 1 Bredviksberget, Piteå (Norrbotten) 13.9.

Pallid Harrier, Circus macrourus (stäpphök)
1 2y m Östergarns holme (Gotland) 31.8.

1 juv S. Revsudden (Småland) 31.8, and 1 4.9,1 juv Sandhammaren (Scania) 1.9, 1 juv Östergarns holme (Gotland) 2.9, 3 Brantevik (Scania) 4.9, 1 juv Ottenby (Öland) 5.9, 1 juv Hönö (Småland?!) 11.9.

2 ad + 1 juv S. Revsudden (Småland) 31.8, 1 juv Östergarns holme (Gotland) 2.9, 1 Spillepengen (Scania) 9.9 and 2 ad there 10.9, 1 ad Busör (Halland) 11.9 and 3 ad there 13.9.

Citrine Wagtail, Motacilla citreola (citronärla)
1 juv Falsterbo (Scania) 1.9, and another juv there 5.9. 1 Örskärs fyr (Uppland) 13.9.

PALLAS'S GRASSHOPPER WARBLER, Locustella certhiola (STARRSÅNGARE)
New for Sweden if accepted !
Seen by 2 birders at Segerstads fyr (Öland) 14.9 at 6 p.m. Not found the following morning.

Paddyfield Warbler, Acrocephalus agricola (fältsångare)
1 ringed at Falsterbo (Scania) 1.9 (not 31.8 as stated in the last report).
No. 15 for Sweden.

Rose-coloured Starling, Sturnus roseus (rosenstare)
The male seen in May-July at Rudvier (Gotland) was taken by a cat who put it on the stairs in front of a house 4.9 !
